nterested in being a part of this national tour - Click here to go to your specific information page.

"Whatever you do, or dream you can, begin it, boldness has genius and power and magic in it." Goethe

Dear Youth Librarian,

I’m looking for one outstanding library in each state that believes in the power of big dreams and would like to be included in a very rare and unusual opportunity. It's a dream that is big, bold, powerful and magical and could very likely put your library in the local, state or national spotlight.

It’s called The “Dream Big, Spring into Summer Reading Road Trip.”

My dream is to promote library services, and the value of reading, on a national scale with my “Big Smiles, Big Laughs, Dream Big Magic Show.” My plan is to visit 48 Libraries in 48 States and do it all in just 48 Days!

I'm inviting you to be a part of this dream.

This amazing adventure begins in Michigan, on April 9th, and follows a route which will take me through 48 states and then back into Michigan for an entire season of summer reading magic and fun in libraries closer to home.

There are two ways in which you may participate in this national tour. You may host this family-friendly magic show in your own library, or you may wish to sponsor it in an area school or schools in your community as a unique way of promoting and marketing your upcoming summer reading program. This show and the 48-state tour ties in beautifully with the national library summer reading theme, “Dream Big - Read.”

Traveling through 48 states in 48 days requires meticulous planning and efficiency. For your library to be included, you must be willing to host or sponsor the show on the specific day in which I will be visiting your state. You can find that information by viewing the “States and Dates” chart further down the page. While your available date may not be your first choice, the benefits from hosting this program will make it all very worthwhile.

What’s in it for you…

  • Hosting this program sets you apart from every other library in your state. You’ll be a part of something big, bold and imaginative that’s never been done before.

  • Your readers will love this show, which has received countless outstanding reviews from over 13,500 performances at libraries, schools and family events nationwide.

  • Due to the unique nature of this tour, chances are excellent that your library may enjoy time in the spotlight from local, state and national media.

  • What better way to promote the “Dream Big” theme to your readers, than to actually be a part of this very Big Dream that spans an entire country!

Here's what you can expect...

One World, Many Stories - Kids love this magic show! Michigan Magician Jeff Wawrzaszek - guaranteed laughter and fun for your next Family or Children's event."Continuous laughter...amazing magic...terrific audience interaction...and plenty of references to the benefits of books and reading...a wholesome show that charms all ages!" These are typical reports from hundreds of delighted libraries that book A2 Magic shows and workshops year after year.

Audience response at every library has been wonderful, and the reviews have all been outstanding!
Over 99% of all returned evaluations have had "well pleased," top-ranked ratings. Most say the show was among their very best ever. A great many report record attendance
(342 at the Dow Memorial Library in Midland, MI and 494 at the Willard Library in Battle Creek, MI), and there is always a huge surge of magic books checked out after each performance.

The "Big Smiles, Big Laughs, Dream Big Magic Show" is a solid 45 minutes of high caliber, baffling magic and non-stop, family-friendly fun, and it's guaranteed! Be the one library in your state to host or sponsor a performance of this amazing program in your library or area school, and I'll guarantee that you and your readers will be delighted...or your show is FREE! That's how confident I am that you will find this program to be one of the absolute best values available to libraries and schools today!

You'll enjoy these additional benefits as well...

When you book the "Big Smiles, Big Laughs, Dream Big Magic Show," you'll not only get a wonderful show that your readers will love, you'll get this additional help from me to ensure the success of your program:

  • Posters to promote the program in your library.

  • Press releases sent to local and state media prior to each appearance.

  • Readers can Follow Me on Facebook as I post updates from each library along the way.

  • Each child in attendance will receive a FREE souvenir "Dream Big" bookmark pointing them to a special website that will help to promote your library all year long! This website features the following items:
    • Download your own FREE copy of this amazing magic trick and watch the You Tube video on the FREE Magic Tricks page of this website. An Interactive Magic Video - I will "virtually" read their minds as they "magically" discover the many benefits of your library. View the video here

    • A FREE downloadable "Library Magic Trick" as seen in the picture to the right, and as presented in the interactive video.

    • "A Library Value Calculator" - Parents will be enlightened to the actual "dollar value" of their library usage (wonderful information at millage renewal time) and kids will have a blast promoting your library to their families and friends each time they present this very unique library magic trick.

Don't miss this high-energy program of unforgettable magic, loads of laughter, miles of smiles and a world of wonderful reading routines. Remember, I will only be in your state for one day. Be the One! Put your library on the map to astonishment, laughter and big dreams realized! The "Big Smiles, Big Laughs, Dream Big Magic Show" will entertain your readers and inspire them to live their dreams as well.

Catch the dream! Be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime magical adventure. Book the program your readers will remember. But don't delay...this program is destined to sell out quickly, and your date may disappear soon!

"This is an awesome project, Jeff! We'd love to be the featured library in our state.
The bottom line is... what is the cost, and when will you be in our state?"

I absolutely love to promote libraries. I actually got started in magic from a book I discovered in section 793 of my own hometown library, and I've been living my dream ever since. In my 45 years as an entertainer, I can't imagine a more enjoyable venue than a family audience in a library setting! The passion to achieve this goal far outweighs any desire to pad my bank account. So, I've priced this program to be within the reach of any library that would like to "stand out" and be a part of this rare and inspiring national adventure.

"I can't remember a better family program!! Jeff is fast paced, keeps the kids involved, laughing or gasping in astonishment. Parents loved it too, despite our overflow crowd of 494 - the largest summer kids' audience EVER!! He's worth every cent - also gives TERRIFIC library PSA's throughout his performance."

Claire Ott, Program Coordinator
Willard Library, Battle Creek

One World, Many Stories - Michigan magician, Jeff Wawrzaszek will help you make your summer reading program amazingly successful, memorable and fun!

You'll get great results like this too, when you  book
the "Big Smiles, Big Laughs, Dream Big Magic Show"

"Jeff is the best! The Ann Arbor District Library hires him quite often, and he plays to a full house every time. (179 people in a small branch on a Saturday afternoon.) The magic tricks are fantastic, but the best part is Jeff's interaction with the kids...Highly recommended for schools and libraries."

Ieva Bates, Branch Manager Northeast Branch, Ann Arbor District Library

"What great fun that was to have you at all (8) of our branches! Thank you again for sharing your joy with us. We'll definitely want you back again!"

Sarah McCarville. Youth Services Coordinator
Grand Rapids Public Library

"Jeff was a delightful performer. He held the attention of all participants. A show for the entire family filled with humor and great skill. We especially enjoyed and appreciated his link to books, reading and library service."

Carla Sharp, Youth Services
Brighton District Library

"Thanks for two great shows! It takes a special person to captivate a large audience with an age range from toddler to adult, and you did it twice in one day. Final comments from both kids and parents were all positive and ranged from "Great show!" to "This was the best magician you've ever had."...We hired you only after hearing good things from other librarians in our area. You can be sure we will be giving you high ratings during our next Children's Librarians Meeting."

Sue Mihalic, Youth Services Librarian
St. Clair Shores Public Library

"Jeff Wawrzaszek drew our biggest crowd this fall, and they weren't disappointed! He was a great mix of humor and magic, and our audience was captivated. He kept the attention of our youngest preschoolers, and he didn't lose the older ones. Very few entertainers work well for all ages, but Jeff really did."

Laura Wright, Youth Librarian
Portage District library

"Great show and a terrific value. Kept the kids of all ages enraptured and wanting more!"

Todd Krueger, Director, Lyon Twp. Public Library

"Thoroughly enjoyed your show. It was nice to have a magic show that was all magic and no fluff in between. See you next summer for sure!"

Barb Bussema, Children's Librarian
Parchment Community Library

"Thank you - Couldn't have asked for anything more - on time, prepared, entertaining - professional in every way! We especially enjoyed the audience participation. I've heard nothing but positive remarks from kids, staff and parents. Congratulations. You were a hit at the Fischer!"

Patricia Jahr, Librarian
Fred C. Fischer Public Library, Belleville

"The show was excellent! It was wonderful to include reading and the summer reading program in the show. Some of the children's comments: How did he do that? Do you have any Magic books? I wish it didn't have to end. It was great to see a nice group for an audience in this small community. Because Jeff did such a great show, I'm sure they will return for other programs here. Thank you!"

Joyce Meyers, Branch Manager
M anistee County Library, Wellston Branch
